HTC Licenses 3G Tech from Ericsson

Ericsson today announced today that High Tech Computer Corporation (HTC) has licensed Ericsson 3G mobile platform technology. The agreement will enable HTC to create new wireless devices with EDGE and WCDMA technology. HTC is a major manufacturer of devices with Microsoft operating systems, such as the T-Mobile Pocket PC Phone Edition, and the SPV Smartphone.
