LONG but it reads fast

Here is a convo I had with a VZW rep last night in total and complete bordom. I was amused, but maybe I was just over tired.

BTW I actually work for Sprint, name says AT&T cause I used to work for them and made the change. I also know that I act like the kind of customer we hate in this convo, no need to point it out.

He definitely didnt but reading ANY of his posts give hours of laughter and enjoyment ... i would bet the bank he was fired from Sprint as an employee at some point 🤣 Whats the word im looking for ... thats right - Tool.

I love my "get-by" service and have never had any problems with it ... My "cheap" RevA network card give me some pretty blazing speeds as well ??? Very good read ... thanks ATTGuyNY.

I read this and thought it was hilarious. I have spoken with the VZW online people numerous times doing market research. What is even worse is if you are not a customer you cannot talk to customer care and Telesales will disconnect the call if you ask questions and do not commit to buying after 3 minutes. What is priceless is when they do not use scripts and try to interject their own logic.

I had a representative tell me over the phone that "Verizon does not feel that secondary lines on family plans should qualify for full discounts off of hand sets because they are second rate account holders who pay $10 a month for service. Verizon believes if the customer values bi-yearly handset discounts that they will put that phone line on an ind...

Thats funny. They definately have a strange approach. But it seems to be working for them, just not for me
