Lately my internet browsing speed has been abysmal snails pace, what's going on? Even the On Demand doesn't update often

No I don't see EVDO, I see two symbols like a 1 and upsidedown 1 side by side, how I check evdo, etc...

then no, your are not on EVDO, if you were, you would see 3 arrows up and 3 arrows down right next to each other. you are on regular vision which is very slow compared to coming from EVDO.

From the looks of your post, your M1 is reading 1xRTT, not EvDO. Your phone's EvDO radio may not be reading EvDO, only 1XRTT. Go to a Sprint store, with techs on hand and have the techs take a look.
