Maybe you should realize that if you actually let reps work while they are trying to do something for you, or keep bringing up new "problems", or if you don't call in every single time you can to try and get something free or charges removed then you wouldn't spend so much time on the phone with customer service.

sure you love that just to be the case, but the fact of the matter is that sprint constantly messed up my bill...i pay for what i use, but when my bill goes from normal 120 to 300 for invalid charges there is a problem..and that problem was sprint. you saw that report just today, all the new posting about sprint messing everything up, it's just not me guy..millions are pissed at sprint and are taking their money elsewhere.. i would have never left if they just got my bill right...my service was fine.

Exactly, and that issue was spotted and is in the process of being removed totally. Yes it has done the damage already but it is being fixed and with that it will return to the way things should be with billing.
Also another issue that you have to remember is that a lot of peoples problems are coming from reps not applying thing the way they say they would. It is mostly HUMAN error, hence an enterprize wide quality system now in motion.

you shouldnt have to fix the problem of so many HUMAN errores this far after the fact. training should be better and screening of employees whould be better. sprints billing system seems to screw up more times a day than the other major carriers do in a year, combined.
while i agree that outsourcing and be cost beneficial, you need to know when and when not to do so. cutting costs on employees comes at a cost. In this case that cost is good customer service. no matter how much a rep may WANT to help, if they cannot perform the services required, they are no good. Also, if the average AMERICAN customer cannot understand the rep, that reps credibility is shot from the get go. Sprint needs to realize that Americans expect to speak with fello...

one reason its so dead, is for example i go into the sprint store to pay my bill, 3 or 4 reps are working there, and no customers, not one of them says hi or welcome to sprint, they dont even want to make eye contact, they act like you annoy them, when I go into an alltel store with my girlfreind to pay her bill, they get out of their chair and come over and greet you properly and are very nice and seem alot more pleasent,,,plus when I call alltel customer service im talking to an american not some pakistani named hank jones, who thanks me 50 times for being a sprint customer yet doesnt have a clue about what im calling about 😕

If sprint was really as bad as you say they would just cancel with an ETF, and go to a "better" carrier.

See 200 is not that much, IF you feel something is not worth what you are paying for it. Oh wait if you are switching to Verizon you need all the money you can get to pay more for the same services. Peoples biggest gripe with sprint is the billing system well, the system has changed and at the begining of june the conversion will be complete.

says you...for most folks between gas prices and food increases two hun is some coin...cheap sprint prices in not retaining customers..so you can think all you internal changes are working... but until you stop bleeding a mill plus customers ever three months nothing has changed...sprint reputation is destroyed you can't fix that easy, not even Hesse.
