So much negativity...

I Do Like Sprint

I have Sprint, I have seven (7) lines with Sprint. I have had issues in the past with customer service but was always able to resolve them in a professional manner in a reasonable amount of time. I have been with Sprint for six (6) years. The service is the best, way better that ATT or even (holy of holies) Verizon, I have never, repeat never dropped a call. The data network is second to none and the coverage is excellent. So the company has made some bad business decisions in the past well so have IBM (sold their PC business) Xerox, Lucent Technologies and a host of others. Sprint will get through the rough times and will be even stronger than ever. Just for you others out there I have had Verizon, ATT and Vioicestream (now Tmobile)so I am ...

Welcome to PS. We appreciate ppl like you, makes our job alot easier surrounding all the negativity about Sprint business. I agree with you that Sprint has the best coverage of all carriers both data and voise in my area! 😉

Spring is an authorized retailer for AT&T 🙄

And yes G.E.D or high School Diploma is required for all mobile carriers. Last time i checked, no one was required to have a Masters Degree to work for a mobile carrier 🙄

Don't be an elitist, a person's prior educational achievements have no innate relation to their ability to provide excellent customer service. I am sure the people who work at the call centers are doing their best to please the most picky and finicky of all customers (wireless users). So give them a break and try to understand they are just doing the best they can with what they have. I don't think I could do what they do and still maintain some modicum of sanity.

BB2709 is a TROLL- just check out all of the negative post the moron has posted. BB2709 claims to work for VZW - if that is true, I hope the manager of it's Ohio store fires the puss feeding maggot.
BB2709 should be glad to have a job with such a crappy attitude.

thats great. as an employee, I can see things changing day by day. It may take some time but things are headed in the right direction.

i think churn will be down even more by the end of Q2. will it be fixed? no, it takes time but it will be reduced.

I totally agree with you on the negativity. Sprint is a good wireless provider and has a lot to offer but I do not agree with your assessment on coverage. I switched to Sprint 9 months ago and ATT definitely has better coverage throughout the Southwest. I have dropped calls regularly but seeing that I am saving about $60 a month with SERO I have found a way to live with it for now. In all I think Sprint has a very great product if you get hooked up with SERO but if it was not for that then I would definitely be with someone else. Just my opinion 🙂

I can not speak for the coverage in the South West, in NYC the coverage is tops.
