ok well it didnt start good but....

i've been on the power pack 450 with unlimited txt (total of $49.99/mo) for awhile and always thought it was stupid to have to pay another $5/mo for picture mail. even tho i've wanted pic mail, i dont want to pay more for it, so i didnt have it.

Enter the new Sprint Talk/Message/Connect plan with unlimited txt and pic mail for the same $49.99/mo i was paying.

So Thursday I went online to change plans and it took me to a chat session where the rep told me i couldnt get on that plan til sunday. I thought they came out on the 12th (thursday), but no biggie i guess. I can wait 3 days.

Thursday night I got my new LG Muziq (which I love), so i called CS to do an ESN swap. While doing the swap, the r...

like i said about the chat, no biggie i could wait for pic mail.

also, since you work CS, where or how would hte vid mail show up on my add-ons?? she told me she got it for me, but i checked online last nite and didnt see it. again, if i dont have it, no biggie, she did more than enough for me already. but i want to make sure its there before i use it and get charges

but the pic mail is included in my $49.99 package, so does that mean vid mail is too? or would i pay data on the vid mail and not my pic mail?

i have the $15 power vision pack right now (figured if they were going to give me $35 in credits, i could use the internet for a month or 2 ๐Ÿ™‚ )

if you have the $15 vision pack both of those are included, now, if you dont have the vision pack they turn in to add-ons which is $5 per option i.e. video mail $5, picture mail $5.

no.

you must have missed the part where i said i am on the 450 talk/message/connect plan which INCLUDES picture mail for $49.99/mo

so pic mail is free for me. is vid mail as well? or do i just get data charges? or would it be $5?

she said she gave it to me for free, but i dont see it on my account anywhere. it may just not have shown up yet, but my plan changed and my powervision shows up. if she didnt give it to me thats fine, i dont need it.

I can see your getting confused a little, let me try to make it clearer. The old way SPrint charged Data for picture mail, under your new plan, you get unlimited picture mail included with your plans, and its now part of Text plans. your picture and video mail is unlimited, no data charges. Even when you drop your data plan, use it all you want as long as your on the unlimited talk message connect.

๐Ÿคจ SHE MOST LIKELY PUT YOU ON THE EVERYTHING 450 WITH INCLUDES 450 ANYTIME MINUTES, UNL. TEXT, UNL. VISION WHICH INCLUDES PIC/VIDEO MAIL FOR 69.99.... EITHER WAY YOU GO ITS THE SAME THING... THE ONLY THING YOU REALLY GOT OUT OF THAT CALL WAS A 35.00 CREDIT...

ORIGINAL 450 TALK/MESSAGE CONNECT(49.99)
VISION PACK(15.00) VIDEO MAIL(5) = 69.99

OR 450 EVERYTHING (450 ANYTIME MINUTES, UNL TEXT, UNL VISION, PICS,VIDEOS)=69.99

SAME THING......

nope. again i an on the 450 talk/msg/connect

i added the vision pack the next day because i wanted to download some things and sprints casual data rates are thru the roof crazy. so thats $15/mo and i'm only keeping it for a few days, so it will get prorated down to like $5.

why is it so hard to just answer me about the vid mail?? i know what plan i am on. you dont because 1. you cant see my account and 2. you appearntly cant read (or think i am an idiot).

all i want to know is do i get data charges for vid mail or would i have to pay $5/mo for it (and if so, would a get data charges)
^^ that is all assuming that i DONT have a vision plan (cuz im dropping it)

also why is sprint so far behind on this. everyone else includes pic ...

Nope I've yelled at some trolls but thats about as close as I get to Verizon, not to say I don't like them as a company, heck If I ever got the chance to carry another carrier, it'd most likely be Verizon.

I promise! Check again if you want, I've been there 3 years, I'm 110% positive...our old plans were txt only and we had separate plans for pix, but all the plans now include txt, pix, vid and instant messaging! I wouldn't steer you wrong!

First off, liquid, sorry to kind of change topics here, but you mentioned you used the chat service on the site. When I signed up in November or December of last year I got the chat service myself and the rep, Jessica, was horrid. I know this is not a reflection on all of Sprints CSR's. I have dealt with some great ones. However, she just about made me say no to Sprint. She pushed pages on me and she rushed me through the online order process. She never answered my questions and she hung up without acknowledging anything. I work doing web chat myself for another company and this is not something we do for our customers. We take 3 chats at a time and I understand she probably had a few going, however, we do spend time with our customers to he...
