holy crap! a good CS experience
i've been on the power pack 450 with unlimited txt (total of $49.99/mo) for awhile and always thought it was stupid to have to pay another $5/mo for picture mail. even tho i've wanted pic mail, i dont want to pay more for it, so i didnt have it.
Enter the new Sprint Talk/Message/Connect plan with unlimited txt and pic mail for the same $49.99/mo i was paying.
So Thursday I went online to change plans and it took me to a chat session where the rep told me i couldnt get on that plan til sunday. I thought they came out on the 12th (thursday), but no biggie i guess. I can wait 3 days.
Thursday night I got my new LG Muziq (which I love), so i called CS to do an ESN swap. While doing the swap, the r...

also, since you work CS, where or how would hte vid mail show up on my add-ons?? she told me she got it for me, but i checked online last nite and didnt see it. again, if i dont have it, no biggie, she did more than enough for me already. but i want to make sure its there before i use it and get charges
i have the $15 power vision pack right now (figured if they were going to give me $35 in credits, i could use the internet for a month or 2 ๐ )
you must have missed the part where i said i am on the 450 talk/message/connect plan which INCLUDES picture mail for $49.99/mo
so pic mail is free for me. is vid mail as well? or do i just get data charges? or would it be $5?
she said she gave it to me for free, but i dont see it on my account anywhere. it may just not have shown up yet, but my plan changed and my powervision shows up. if she didnt give it to me thats fine, i dont need it.
ORIGINAL 450 TALK/MESSAGE CONNECT(49.99)
VISION PACK(15.00) VIDEO MAIL(5) = 69.99
OR 450 EVERYTHING (450 ANYTIME MINUTES, UNL TEXT, UNL VISION, PICS,VIDEOS)=69.99
SAME THING......
i added the vision pack the next day because i wanted to download some things and sprints casual data rates are thru the roof crazy. so thats $15/mo and i'm only keeping it for a few days, so it will get prorated down to like $5.
why is it so hard to just answer me about the vid mail?? i know what plan i am on. you dont because 1. you cant see my account and 2. you appearntly cant read (or think i am an idiot).
all i want to know is do i get data charges for vid mail or would i have to pay $5/mo for it (and if so, would a get data charges)
^^ that is all assuming that i DONT have a vision plan (cuz im dropping it)
also why is sprint so far behind on this. everyone else includes pic ...
