What's the easiest way to do this, I have a clickit ticket on one, but what does it require (as far as codes? Does it require a new PTT #? Has anyone had a problem with this yet?

The HPPTT or PTT is the same as the MDN. Just enter the ESN dec or hex.

except RMS doesnt do what the M&P says it should do.

I really wish they would take the device training classes and throw them out the window. I get it, its a sprint phone, with PTT.. show me, in a classroom, with working computers, in RMS training, how to do the upgrades or activations.

Instead, I get to spend 15 mins. on the line with sales support doing my job for me.

that would make too much sense! last i heard they are still teaching p2k in new hire ๐Ÿคฃ ...there are more situations with rms where i have to call sales support than not. if rms worked there would be no line in my store, cust would be happier and our csat scores would go up and we would all make more money, but this is a big company and it takes time to change and change is coming! ๐Ÿ˜‰

Found out the problem, QCHAT is not available in Lansing, Mi. I thought it wasn't but my guy that does my ordering sent them to me and my manager said that we could. I guess it would of worked for him if he had a number from a market that did support it. Wow do I look bad, but luckily the guy was cool was able to switch to a Katana DLX

he can still get the ndc on sprint phones w/o the function of the radio! just because its not available there doesn't mean the phone won't work, it just means the radio won't work ๐Ÿคจ

It actually means one of two things..
If EVDORA is NOT available in the area, then the NDC wont work.

If it is, then it will work fine, you just cant set them up with new numbers from that market

We deffinately have Rev. A and it works great, but it's conflicts with the iPCS network that's causing issues and thats why they are not in my market.
