Need more Non-PDA Qwerty Phones...
...that are EVDO capable. I am currently with Helio and from what I've read, they are about to go under so by the end of the year I will probably have to switch to another carrier. 🙄 Right now I am trying to decide between VZW and Sprint. I love Sprint plans BUT VZW has the phone I want...EnV2. I don't like the Rumor. For one its not EVDO...its 1x. Second, the paint rubs off the buttons??? Whats up with that? Third, it doesn't come in pink but I do like the green. Im really not trying to diss but I just feel that Sprint needs more non PDA qwerty phones. Not everyone wants or needs a smartphone.

I've heard rumors that the Rumor was going to have a EVDO update, and next month it'll be out in blue and silver. Next year is suppose to be a big year for new releases from I've heard.

Drake, the Blue/Silver Rumor is already out. Its been out a few weeks now, but its coming to retail in July. right now its a 60 day, Best Buy exclusive only. but same specs/features as the current LG Rumors. and os of EVDO, i heard that as well. that Sprint and LG are working on an update to force EVDO into the Rumor just like the Fusic and Muziq. but Helio IS going under. i'll find the articles. with just 3 phones available, not much can profit. even IF Helios parent companies have deep pockets.

Are there any rumors of new non-pda qwerty phones comeing out soon? Not really a big fan of the Rumor myself, and want a new phone with full qwerty. But I don't need a PDA.
