I am wondering why Sprint does not get it sometimes. They have one of the most dissapointing advertising campaigns known to man. They just dont understand. I have seen plent of Verizon commercials for various phone and plan options but none for the Instinct. I know somebody will repsond and say that I am wrong. I might agree with that to a point. I know there have been some adds for this phone. My point is that it is not enough. Sprint does not get it. It has been a known fact that Sprints customer service is the worst in the business, and maybe the worst of any industry. Sprint has had this reputation for years and has done little to improve it. I do agree with you to a point. Sprint should of had some kind of traveling campaign to the public before the launch. Get people excited about the product before it launches. The phone hasn't been a failure at all. The last time I checked the reports for my area. the phone has sold close to or has sold fifty thousand devices in two states, in three days. Yes, more could of been done to advertise the Instinct.

That is what I am taliking about they need to generate hype. You do this before a product launches and not after. Everyone knows this. Sprint get it together.

That is an impressive number. Who would have thought. How many of those were upgrades? Do you think this phone like the iphone will get large groups of customers to switch their service over? Maybe it could if Sprint could just advertise a little better and shut down the overseas call centers. This would reduce churn and improve overall customer service. That is my point. The phone is great the carrier it is on at this point is questionable.
