Instinct for employees........

I have never heard people complain so much about not getting a phone before customers. I would like to purchase the phone as well and yes, it sucks we have to wait but get over it.

reps having phones and knowing the product does help sell phones but customers are our lifeline. They keep the lights on, a store to work in, and keep your paycheck coming to you. if you are a corp rep you should understand how important it is for customers to get to red carpet treatment.

well theres plenty of reasons. for one who wouldnt want the Instinct? such a feature packed phone for a flat price is enticing. But youre right, i havent seen any Employee complain about why they cant get it. Just a question as to when it will be available. No further announcement until the end of July, per iConnect post. But yep! i completely understand. most employees can only play with the live/dead demo phones when its not busy or slow.

If not all employees then at least let retail get it. It's fairly absurd for a customer to ask, "did you get yours yet?" and then have to explain why we don't have them.

I was set to get one on launch day, or earlier if I could have managed it, until they decided we can't have them yet. Now, looking at the Bold, that phone just may be worth waiting for.
