Instinct users

Hey all just wanted to give you a heads up on something with the instinct.

I got the phone the day it came out and I received my first bill with the new phone. I got charged from the moment I activated the phone for call forwarding. So I called into CS and it seems as though it is a known issue with the instinct and they credited it back. The rep was very friendly and even apologized about it, I was very happy to hear that it was a known issue and the rep was up to date with that information.

Just wanted to let you other instinct users out there to be sure and check out your first bill with the instinct.

They did state that they fixed the problem, but i'm not sure as of when. So you may want to watch your first 2 bills at least.

i'm not getting it. ๐Ÿคจ you were charged $.20 a minute for every min used as call forwarding minutes?

Yes, I was billed for 178 minutes of call forwarding. It just appeared on my bill as incoming unavailable. This would happen every few minutes to every couple of hours.

In case you also didn't know about this..

I work in a call center and was doing a special project on fixing commitment dates but I had noticed that customers were getting overages on the Everything plans as well with the Instinct phones, but with Data. We are aware of the Data overage as well and will credit back the data overages if the incur on the bill
