How true is this??

Can Cor store reps really not credit charges on a customers acct??

Yep thats true. But some stores (Like Mine) have a maximum $20 per rep adjustment. I dont have the ability to do credits, just adjustments. Adjustments are pretty much sprint related mistakes. Depends! but whats the motive to your question? anything I can help you with?

Oh, ok. Well its based on a call i had today, I work in a Contact Center for another carrier.... But I just wanted to knw bc of what csts. have been telling me.

Corporate has just recently started to allow corporate retail reps to do billing adjustments again, if needed to fix a problem.

If a store rep claims otherwise they either have not been informed (gross negligence on the part of them and their management to keep up with the news), or they are just trying to get through that to the next sale.

Note that this is corporate retail stores, not 3rd party dealer stores.
