Yean.....Can you help me out

I own an indirect store, and we don't have access to the account notes so I was hoping you could fill me in before I call CS for this customer and make myself look stupid.

One of my Mother's friends has about an $1000.00 bill right now with Sprint due to TXT overage, She claims that she was supposed to have UNL TXT and that a rep must have removed it without her knowledge. Now she is upset and went and got an AT&T phone but did not port her number. I am trying to get her to stick around, she said that if I can fix the situation she will return her AT&T phone and stick with Sprint.

If I PM you with the account info, will you let me know if this is something that IU can fix for her or if it will be an uphill battle.

wow , i have seen that happen a time or two myself, mostly when they had the $30 premium vision plan which included unlimited texting. the rep would lower it or remove it and not realize that texting was included. the other way i see ppl go over there text is not really knowing the plan they had and overusing it later thinking they had unlimited. example : they had 1000 texts and always used around 800-900 then one fluke month used 2000 or more.

i definitely would look into that, if its a problem like i mentioned in example 1 then i shouldn't see a problem with them fixing it, now if its like problem 2 then you might have a hard time getting someone to credit more than half if you get a good rep. reason being is that they will explain th...
