Will a Phone Insurance Claim renew my contract?
My phone is all but dead, and I'm gonna use my insurance I've been paying on for years now and get a 'new' phone. When I get the phone and activate it, will Sprint renew my contract for 2 more years? I sure hope not! Is this stated anywhere in writing so I have proof? As you can tell, I have ZERO confidence in Sprint CS. I know they will screw me AGAIN! LOL

You don't renew your contract unless you physically sign it or you verbally assent to it in recorded form.
