Curve programming

Hey all. I'm trying to manual program a BB Curve but when i do the ##MSL# no type of menu comes up for me to edit my # or anything like that. Should I be pressing any other button after the final #?

It's ##MSL and then talk.

There is no final pound button.

Thanks, the website said it was ##MSL# but when I talked to BB tech they said ##MSL send and it worked
