I must say I freakin love the Instinct. Honestly, I go through about 20 phones a year and have wasted hundreds of dollars buying phones at full price, because I never can find one I really truly like. I have used every phone that Sprint/Nextel has sold over the past two years. Finally the Instinct comes along, and I'm happy. I owned the first generation iPhone last year but returned it, and just sold my LG Dare two weeks ago, because I wasn't a touch screen fan at all. The Instinct is different, it's awesome basically. But, I still have a couple of complaints, and I don't know if I'm just dumb, or if these really are things you can't do with the Instinct.
