im working here at sales dept..and i observe that this past few days we had a low call volume..just wondering bcoz before at most i was averaging 20-25 calls a day and 5-7 sales..do u also experience this guys??

exactly..its really hard to hit the quotas nowadays..i may be belong to the lowest performers this month..what a life!!

we are measured here by the no. of sales over no. of calls so we really have to maximize all the calls, less call with more sales the better..so with this low call volume the probability that we can make more sale is less..is it just the trend bcoz of the court rulings or is there really a problem here???im from telesales 2..
