Sprint AIRAVE is a device that creates a CDMA signal for your mobile phone comparable to a cell tower. AIRAVE provides enhanced and reliable mobile phone coverage in your house or office even if your existing wireless coverage is poor.

MY QUESTION IS HOW COME THIS DEVICE WOULD REQUIRE gps WILL THE CUSTOMER PAY ADDITIONAL $15 FOR GPS ACCESS FOR TEH UNIT WHICH COSTS 🤣 $99.99

Isn't it nice that since has terrible coverage they expect their customers to pay for it.

You can go to VZW or TMO and get actually decent coverage without having to pay for your own mini cell tower.
