those plans still charge $0.03/kb... i've told several people higher up about this and they look at me like i'm crazy yet when i call into cs they all agree with me... why do the csr's know more than the managers and executives?

i have the new plan. never had pic mail before cuz i refuse to pay $5/mo for a service that all the other providers include in their basic messaging packs.
so now i'm on the new plan. thought, "awesome. i have unlimited pic mail now."
wrong! i paid over $20 the first month in data charges for getting my pictures.
not only is sprint gay in the fact that they charge you for data for pic mail, but they are also stupid in the fact that they store the pics online. just send it to my phone dammit and stop nickel and diming me for everything.

Can't send it to the phone. Sprint doesn't support MMS. Not sure why, but I'm under the impression it would take network restructure to include it.
