I purchased one a few days ago to enhance poor coverage in my home. I am using a moto Q9C smartphone and after trying to get the thing working for 2 days an Airave tech informed me that they have known problems getting the system to sync properly with several of the PDA style phones. pecifically he mentioned my Q9C and the palms. He said that it would require me to have to power cycle my phone (remove the battery) each time I get home and leave from home just to get the Airave service to work. That was too much of a hassle for me so I returned the device. I am disappointed. I hope they get the kinks worked out for the future.
