Okay I got it Tuesday and as of today it is passing my test great phone out performing my old Katana 6600 if only the battery was better and I could figure out the SD card.. If any one can tell me what I'm not see bad please share will me before my 30 days are up.

Well, you can get an extended battery type for your VE20 since you did mention if the battery was a little issues. 😁

where do i get the extended battery.. well i have now found out that
1- you cann't connect phone to computer with usb cable **sprint doen't have that program on this phone**...
2- and you have to unlock something to use the d/l music on caller id again sprint has it locked
