MOTO VE20 Recalled?
I bought the new VE20 but the store said they recieved an email stating return all hand sets due to a company recall. Has anyone heard of this and if so what do I do with mine?

No, you just have to update the software, go to Menu-Settings/Tools-Tools-Update Phone-Update Firmware and it'll update your version. This is suppose to fix most issues with the phone.

I understand but why would the stores in Missouri be sending all their phones back? They told me it was a corporate email sent to all stores.

I received the e-mail, but nothing about them sending back? I dont think your MO rep knows what he was talking about...The update is supposed to fix 3 of the 4 known issues. Honestly, I havent seen 1 of em? 🤨

😕 1- you cann't connect phone to computer with usb cable **sprint doen't have that program on this phone**...
😕 2- and you have to unlock something to use the d/l music on caller id again sprint has it locked
