Text Problems
I used to get text alerts from my local sports team announcing news, scores, etc. Then all of a sudden they stopped. The team fixed the text alerts, but I still do not get them. My brother who is on my plan does get them.
At one point, i sent the word STOP to the teams text # to stop them, then re signed up. Is sprint blocking these texts now or something? When I re sign up I get a text from the team saying I signed back up...but the text alerts never come.
I would try contacting Sprint technical support online in order to to resume the alerts.

Go to Sprint.com, then select "contact us" in the upper right hand corner of the page. That page will allow you to send tech support an email. Be sure to include your mobile #, account # and brief description of your problem.

After reviewing your account I it showed that you are receiving the text updates; however I have opted you out of the update services. You will now need to opt back in.
