did anyone hear about sprint getting sued?

It's under appeal, and we're still told to smack down customers that try to get out of them by screaming about lawsuits.

We wouldn't lose much because according to the email that was sent out it only for customer that cancelled there service bewtween certain dates. It does not cover customer we have now. If customers to ask about it. Tell them to go to this website

They will probably win because AT&T and Verizon already settled for similiar lawsuits. Basically what will come of this is Customers can now thank all of those greedy lawyers because no more contracts means.....Expensive peices of $#!+. Nobody will want to pay for an S! @ 169.99 or none the less a phone that is somewhat decent @ $300. So thank you once again to all of the greedy stupid @$$ lawyers who like FN everything up for everybody. 😡
