Can Windows Mobile phones open adobe attachments?

Touch and Mogul doo. Any windows 6.0 and higher do. As long as it has Office Mobile it will. Pretty handy. As an employee I get my bill in e-mail every month. It pulls the Adobe Acrobat file right on my Mogul. Works awesome. No extra charge obviously, just a feature of the phone
