I am an indirect dealer and i use a system called Sprint, Nextel Activation Program (S.N.A.P). Well for the past 3 weeks, every credit check i run comes up as 0 lines avail., forcing me to call Sprint Credit Center. Out of the 31 credit apps weve run weve had 18 $500 deposits, 9 $200 deposits, and 4 no service avail.. How the f(k am i supposed to sell when i cant physically sell???? ne 1 else have this prob? The only commision im pulling at this point is upgrades, and accessories.Bs

Nope it's you 😉 Seriously though, Sometimes SNAP will give me the error, but not too often.

Man with our system is every fing time. Our District manager even told us to get used to it and gave us the credit numbers.

1) Credit number was already provided in the NSS number. Option 3.

2) Make sure your not accessing dara through a bookmark, that will interfere with the load balancing and cause errors in some cases.

3) make sure and double make sure everything you enter on that application is correct and the customer has lived there for a while. If anything at all does not match the credit report info, it has to be manually reviewed. It'll be quicker to just double check the info.

😁 Yup that is some funny $#!+, but take it from me there is a better road ahead 🙂 Nahh I'm just playin it's going to get worse 😁 Go work directly for Sprint and you won't have this problem.
