The email address is based on the PCS Vision username. To my knowledge usually it is the first initial of the person's first name followed by their full last name and "[email protected]". So if your name is John Doe it would be [email protected]. Another way to check this is to have them log into their account using sprintpcs.com and look up their personal information on the website to verify the address.
