CONS: Speaker & ringer volumes. More like a regular cell phone rather than the ear splitting sound that comes from traditional Nextel phones. This is important considering I work in a very loud environment (around 90 decibels).
BATTERY LIFE: Is terrible. Reminiscent of the old i830 bronze phones. In fact, it has the same battery almost.
RUGGED, BUT NOT LIKE AN i530: This phone is ruggedized, and is tougher than any regular plastic or aluminum cased phone, but not nearly as strong as the Nextel phones we've come to know.

Keeping it if at all possible. The reception, coverage and goodies are all I hoped they would be. If it works inside my work ok, I will.
Chirp volume is a "6" on a scale of 1-7.
Powersource chirp is like an "8" on a 1-7 scale.

One minor difference is when you push and release the DC button to page someone, the "chirp" is shorter in duration. Kinda like a half-chirp. If you continue holding the button while it connects, it's the same.

We tested those exact phones at work. The very first day, one was dropped and broke! The connection speeds were inconsistent as well.
