I bought a Touch phone in March with the unlimited plan, back then I was told all of the missing options (GPS, Sprint Radio, etc.) would be available "soon". Well now it is September and I am tired of waiting for soon. The final straw was that there is no NFL mobile live for this phone, they even took it off of the available features for the phone. Last month the screen crapped out on the phone, the sent me a refurbished phone with a cracked case, then it took 3 hours at a Sprint store to find out I needed to wait a week for another phone, this one the back doesn't fit properly. I called Sprint hopeing they would do something for me, due to the missing options and the crap phones they keep sending, they told me I had 2 options. Deal with it o...

All they offered to do was replace, the phone with another refurbished phone, and wave the 50 surcharge, or take 75 dollars off a Samsung Instinct which I would then have to pay $350 for.

Keep in mind, you JUST got a 550 dollar phone for 250 barely 6 months ago.

And the 6.1 update for the touch has been out around 6-8 weeks, and it has GPS, furthermore they just came out for a way to get NFL mobile on your windows mobile device, which includes the touch. Drake made the thread I think, I'll look for it.

You're not really owed anything more than the product you paid for. The update that was promised was released. If the replacement phone had a defect then they should replace it. That doesn't entitle you to a newer/better product, just a working replacement of what you paid for in like or better condition than you gave it to them.

Annoyance, loss of use, frustration, time, etc are incidental things that are not covered by most product warranties, certainly no phone warranty or service plan that I've ever seen. Those are risks involved with owning/using any product and just part of life.

Dude before you continue complaining about the lack of features maybe you should do a little research... LIttle hint for you, go to htc website and dig around a little. I have been running GPS (with the official sprint release) on my phone for quite a while now. This makes me think that maybe its not a customer care problem and just a lack of knowledge problem on your part.
