ETF
Does anyone know if Sprint has prorated ETFs???
And, if so, how does Sprint figure the proration???
Thanks,
Another dissatisfied Sprint customer
...
no, they are not prorated. etf is either 150.00 per line of 200.00 per line depending on when your account was created.
...
Ok, thanks luvbug08.
My account was created back in 2001, but obviously I have renewed my contract since then.
Is my ETF the $150???
Thanks again
...
depends on how recently you have renewed it, most likely its $200
...
Your etf is $200.....they went up in may 2006......that 2yr period was up in may 2008......all are now $200
...
any service agreement signed after may of 2006 is $200.....there is no more $150 etf....although some customers are misinformed and that in areas of our billing system it looks as though the etf is $150 .....THEY ARE ALL $200
...
why do you want to cancel your account? 😕

It's my wife's phone. She complains that the phone turns off by itself and has mutliple dropped calls.
Ultimately, she has had enough of Sprint's sh*t over 7 years and she is just ready to leave.

Not yet.....talk of sprint doing proration but have not heard when....
...
what is the issue you are having?....perhaps it can be resolved.....high bills? coverage? better offer? cust serv?.....i recommend speaking to retention about the issue....let them know that when your agreement is up...you intend to leave and the reason why.......WE WILL DO OUR BEST TO HAVE IT RESOLVED 🙂
