Help Please Picture Mail w/out the Internet

👀 I have the $99 family package with out the INTERNET. I was told that I can use picture mail(mobile to mobile), and this doesn't have anything to do with the INTERNET. Now I am getting casual data usage charges? I have called in and talked to 5 different people and I have gotten 5 different answers. I don't need the INTERNET, but picture mail is something that I would like. Can I use this without the INTERNET? Why would they have a package that offers unlimited picture, text and video mail, and then trick me into paying INTERNET usage? Please help....

KB's are included for Pic/Vid mail only. Its a little impossible for you to of been charged if you REALLY didnt use the internet. I would double check, but how much was the KB overage charge? Theres ways to check if the KB's were from Pic mail or Internet usage

Picture mail uses an internet connection to transfer information. You can either pay casual usage, by the kb, or have an internet pack to cover it. In your situation, your best bet is to call the retentions department and let them know you want to have the cheapest data pack possible since it's just for picture mail and not other purposes. Usually there is a satisfactory compromise that can be made.

He listed a $99 family plan without saying talk/message/connect specifically.

THAT PLAN YOU HAVE DOES INCLUDE PICTURE, VIDEO, SMS TEXT MESSAGING, YOU ARE NOT CHARGED WHEN YOU SEND, RECIVE OR ACCESS PICTURE MAIL ACCOUNT, THE PLAN CONFIGURATION ALLOWS YOU TO DO THAT, BUT ANY WEB ACCESS OUTSIDE THE PRE-CODED PLAN WILL INCUR CASUAL RATE CHARGES.
