Lifetime and Recondition Status
I just recieved a replacement pink palm centro......how can i change the lifetimer to 0 and the recondition status to NO, the recondition date and the activation date...
Its really piss'n me off.
why can't they send you a d@mn new phone...UGHHHHH!
I know i can press ##786# and i have the special code you need to bypass all that.

That's not something you're usually able to mess with.
Why would you want to, anyway? The only thing I think of is if someone wanted to sell a phone as "new" when it's used. A refurb status doesn't mean as much as a lifetimer, which can be an important indicator of resale value. If you're trying to reset that it's about as shady as a used car salesman rolling back an odometer.

well i called asurion last night and told them that the replacement device they sent me the buttons were loose and it would freeze up and i didn't get any incoming calls when people said they were trying to call me for a hour, and when i went to set up my email, it would just freeze, so i asked if there was anyway she could order a new one, and she did. She was very sincere and nice about it, after ive heard all these bad things about asurion, i don't believe those storys at all...the first replacement i got was bad, so theyre trying to replace it with a new one.
Well im happy and FREE overnight shippinq!! i should recieve it MAybe tonight but definately tomorrow!!
