Another Hiring Process question....
So im looking to get a job with Sprint...I did the online pre-application and then the next day sprint sent me an email asking to fill the full application process....
is this the normal process??? Im looking to be an Asst. Store Manager in the west...any info would be helpful thx!

yep that means your ready for the next stage of the hiring process. Also contact the manager of the store u applied for and give them a heads up on ur resume

ill definately do that 1st thing tomorow...if searched a lot on the gener sprint benefit pkg...but any ideas on the general pay scale in california??...if heard as little as 38k and as much as 50k...and how does the bonus structure work ( if there is one at all)...

i dont know anyone who makes less then 10 dollars an hour starting out... it ranges from like 10-13.00 an hour plus commission starting out depending on your position and experience... but if you exceed your commission you will make a crap load of money.. when i started i was making 10.70 an hour and i made 45,000 at the end of the year... some reps made over 50,000... depends on how good you are i guess.. there arent really bonuses anymore(atleast right now) your supposed to get an annual raise though
