When does sprint announce its Q3 numbers? Any predictions?
prediction 1: decreased churn (but still highest in industry) a continued sign of improvment
prediction 2: net loss of 500,000 subscribers or so (sadly another improvement over the 1.2 million 11 months ago or so)
prediction 3: improved customer service and decreased hold times with lowest transfer rate in 2 years... or something like that
prediction 4: new devices and one-click feature combined with ready now leads to fewer repeat calls and cust satisfaction in survey.
prediction 5: dan hesse reveals that he has adopted an orphanage to train them in his own liking so that they regionally develop local networks to provided best ever service... ok that's a little weird but whatever
