Don't expect anyone who works in a corporate retail store to help you vzman32. We're commissioned and get credit for pretty much all the handsets they sell. Any Sprint corporate employee who cares about their company will refer people to the closest store.

You do realize, depending on where you are employed you could save more money monthly than on a everything plus plan?
