Venting... and a couple questions

First of all, thank you for allowing me to vent my frustrations with changes to my account yesterday. I was the one who received pricing that was in error, twice. But business is business, stuff happens and it is time to move on.

My Questions are....

I have an old F&C plan that has some line discounts on 3 lines. If I update to a new Family Message Share Plan will the line discounts go away or stay?

I know some of you work for Sprint, can you tell me or convince me why staying at Sprint is a wise decision.

Thanks for your time.

if the discount you are talking about is making your lines free then thats a system error in a way when everything was moved over to our new billing system it charges you for every mou on those lines then it credits back this is a basic f&c situation if this is not the discount you are talking about then let me know and i will answer

The line credit is for a reversal of texting, but customer service tells me they actually do not know why the credits are there.

The new plan would have texting included, so I was just wondering if the credits would go away.

if the credit is being giving as a text message credit and your going to a text message plan then the credit would no longer be required so it would go away the only way it would remain is if it was a hard dollar credit that had no exp date on it check with a are rep that would be able to tell you if its a hard dollar credit or a feature credit

Depending on where you work, or are a member of, you may qualify for a discount on your account up to 25% off per month.

E.G. Any state employee can get 15% discount.
Credit Union members get 10% discount and activation fee waiver.
