just because you are having coverage issues AND/OR an isue with your phone does not mean that the plan isnt a good value nor doesnt work. Your covergae and plan have nothing to do with eachother.

...Or for that matter, reason for others to stay away. Coverage is great where I live.

You shouldn't be conducting business deals while moving. Dead spots are everywhere. If it's important enough that business might be lost for it, it's important enough that you should make the call from an office (or home office) or somewhere parked where you know there is good signal.

If you are mobile an entire day and on the phone for hours, you're going to hit dead spots. There's just no way around it. If you hit dead spots then you'll drop calls. It's best to preplan those vital calls to not happen when in a low coverage spot.

Asking someone to be rational when driving around with a 1.6 watt radio which is constantly switching from tower to tower is probably asking more than the average consumer is willing to allow for. I'm with Verizon, but I have stated time and again that I love the Simply Everything plan especially since one can switch to roaming at no additional charge and pick up Verizon where their signal is stronger. What's not to like? I just need them to open their network to VZW phones so that I can bring my Curve and Touch phones over.

Actually, roaming doesn't work that way. Across carriers, you will drop calls that are initiated or received while on one network or other if you move into a dead ...

I didn't say roaming did work that way. The first part of my previous response was to customer's complaining about dropping calls while using Sprint phones on Sprint's network. The roaming part that I mentioned was simply that instead of paying the $5 or $10 extra to roam as Sprint customers can on normal plans with Simply everything one could switch over to roam and it is included in the $99. I didn't say anything about switching between networks.

No, but someone reading your post who doesn't know this might come to that conclusion. I felt your point needed to be clarified so that someone wouldn't think active calls can hand off from one network to another.

Fair enough. A suggestion to you then... The next time you feel the need to clarify do not address it to me. Address it to the uninitiated reader. For example: For those of you who do not know... Or something to that effect. Your response read suspiciously like a lecture to me and as I said...I did not make such a statement.

Since I didn't know if you were aware if this fact yourself, I kept it general. It was not intended as a lecture, but the purpose was to be informative.

It was not informative to me. In fact, it was condescending and it made an assumption that was not true. For someone who wants to correct others you seem unwilling to be corrected when you yourself are wrong.

Dude, you need to seriously chill out. No one here is being condescending, and no assumptions were made.
