Discount Question
I updated my old plan.
They offerred me 10% discount per month to resign for 2 years.
I have not called the credit union yet, is it one or the other, or will both discounts apply?

Both will offset if therye applied. Normally whichever is the bigger discount is the ones that appplies towards the bill

I've seen both apply. Back when I did customer service, that was one of my sales I could get. If customers already had a discount it would apply both. first take off one, then the other. The discounts we offer the customer does not affect a company discount. After looking at all of the bills I have, I know this is true. It will show both. It won't combine it to be a total of 20% if each is 10%. say your charges are for $100. 10% comes off of that to lower it by $10 leaving $90. the other 10% comes off the $90 lowering it $9. subtracting a total of $19 instead of 20% taking off $20.
