Higher Fees = Breach of Contract?

Sounds legit from the reader comments. Does anyone working for Sprint know anything about this? I have a laptop card that I was just about to unload and pay the ETF but this looks promising.

yes, you can get out of the agreement due to the regulatory fee changes.
