I had the light pink centro, and since insurance doesn't carry the light pink one Brand new anymore, they are sending me the pink berry centro. NO IT IS not goin to be refurbished bc i recieved a refurbished one yesterday and i called asurion and they said they would send me a brand new one but it will be berry! But i have noticed some sprint stores still carry the other pink one.

can i go to the sprint store with the berry one since it is still brand new in the box and exchange it for the other pink one?

No, youre getting a new phone through Asurion, not sprint.
Sprint stores only exchange items purchased within 30 days, and even then, the official policy is no color swaps... though that is kind of a "soft" rule.

...I mean, stores arent supposed to exchange just for color changes, but sometimes will, depending on the situations.

Still doesnt apply though, since you didnt purchase the phone, it was an insurance replacement.

Besides, the new pink one is a lot nicer, more internal memory and soft touch paint.

The Berry Centro you are getting is a refresh of the original Centro. Basically they fixed some bugs and made a few improvments. I have had very few if any complaints about the refreshed devices.

So be thankful Assurion sent you a NEW device of any kind thats not what they normally do. So grats...
