Warranty Replacement

I am now on my fourth Diamond and i was wondering if sprint follows the three warranty replacements policy and they will send you a different model. The reason i ask is because,my local sprint store is closing, and i can never get anyone over the phone with sprint to replace my phone. They always want it sent to the manufacturer. Now this wouldnt be a huge deal if the nearest sprint store (once the local one closes) is almost 100 miles away.

There is no "after x amount of swaps change to a different model."

You bought a phone and shouldn't expect anything different than the one you bought. If you really don't like it anymore and want out of it, I'd recommend selling it on ebay. I've had to do that to get rid of my Moto Q.

Im not expecting a different model. i was just wondering since verizon and alltel have that policy. oh well i like my diamond, just not how often it breaks

Its not their "POLICY" its just a courtesy thing, sprint does it sometimes, based on case by case. If you paid 50 dollars each time to replace it, then thats a diff scenario.
