Sprint's internal csat system is seriously f'd up. Hopefully middle management will get their act together on it before they get a class action lawsuit against the company. There's plenty of speculation that it's a way to cut wages without it looking like that.
Management just says, "it is what it is." Yeah, it is what it is because you don't have a spine to stand up to your boss the way we stand up to you (while still giving you 5s all the time, btw).
