That being said, perception is still a huge problem for Sprint. Until they are seen as the superior provider (I believe they are), they will continue to bleed customers.

Even though Sprint has had major problems, as a brand, they have been around for years. I think the purchase of Nextel was a major mistake, and had they not done it, they would have been able to focus on their own network and customer care.
They will turn things around eventually. I don't see them going away any time soon.
