I had my fingers crossed this one would have the 3.5 MM headset jack as well. This is shaping up to be one SWEET phone!

I hope it doesnt heat up like the Touch Pro. That really sucks on it, I cant have it on the charger and listen to music for too long or it wont even charge and will heat up alot!

Wow never had that problem sounds like a bad apple in the bunch. It does get hot sometimes as does any smartphone with a lithum-ion battery particularly when using the phone and charging at the same time. Hopefully the heating problem is minumized or erased with the new model. Still the Touch Pro 2 is sweet only downside to me is the processor should be a lil faster 528mhz down 72mhz from the Pre and iphone 3gs 600mhz and the TG01 1000mhz snapdragon. But the tilt feature and huge back speaker is what has me sold on this bad boy.

The same thing happens with my Nokia N95 when I'm using it as a wifi hotspot, it gets pretty damn hot. I just hope the day never comes when I have to fork over the money and get either a new N95 or E75. I'm not interested in having to spend that kind of money.

The speaker is not a full speaker, its 2 powerful speakers. Looks really good! Ive played with the T-mobile one and cant wait for this one! I LOVE the 3.5 MM thing. But you can really feel how hot it gets, even when browsing the web for a couple minutes.

Are you talking about brownsing the web on the TP2 itself? Or tethering or using it as a wifi hotspot? There is a WinMo app so that you can use the builtin wifi as a hotspot right? I have such an app on my Nokia N95.
