With a more reiable network with 3G all across the US.

sprint roams on vzw network...may not get data in as many places but chances are voice will work...i am with verizon but for the savings i can live without data in the few places i wouldnt have it....plus the new reports are showing sprints network is faster and more reliable then big red....big red better kick it up a notch!

Sprints network is not more reliable then Verizons. Just by speed, and it were speed then AT&T would be saying it everywhere insted of "The fastest 3G network". AT&T's network is made to be faster, but can't because of all the users on it. Verizon has almost 90 million customers on there network vs. 48 million on Sprint. Not all are using data, but more are on Verizons network. And you don't always roam on Verizon network. There are lots of areas where we don't allow Sprint to roam off of us.

Reliable means Capable of being relied on. You can relie on Verizon for having 3G in the majority of the US and haveing 3G speeds. Sprint can't say that.

I hate the individual carrier fanboys. Verizon doesn't work in my market. Plain and simple, they just suck. Sprint doesn't. What's more "reliable" to me?

What does majority mean to you????? Sprint has 3g coverage in the majority of the US. And how does reliability have anything to do with the amount of coverage, I thought reliability was it works well (in sprints case the best). When they say a truck is the most reliable, doesn't meant in can travel the farthest...

You need to stop going to the verizon kool-aide drinking contest.... I have both verizon and sprint, and I am able to admit the flaws on each network.

The only reason its faster is because Sprint is using 1900 PCS which SUCKS. The only thing its good for is data speeds, thats it. Everything else is horrible about it. Why do you think Sprint roams a lot when you go into a building that has steal, metal, or concrete? Sprint relies on Verizon (old alltel) EVDO network. Verizon=reliable. If you get on a Verizon tower, youre stuck with 1X speeds if you can even roam off of us. Im in Huntsville, and Sprint cant roam in my house. Im in Huntsville. The same goes for Shreveport.

You just contradicted yourself, we are talking about 3g, yes your 1x may be better, but sprint has the best 3g data speeds. That is what this whole post is about.

Yes but Sprints 3G network does not cover all that Verizons does. Sprints 3G network isnt even Rev A 100%. Verizons is. And like I said, SPRINT is a 1900 PCS network. PCS Sucks except when it comes to DATA. The majority of Verizon's network is Cellular 850, NOT 1900 PCS.

You don't read what you post huh? You are sitting here stating that 1900 is better for data, but yet you still argue.... Do you just argue for fun of it, the point of this whole thing is about data speed; i will say it again DATA SPEED. Next time you sip the kool-aide read the warning label on the side, i think it says you may keep fighting even though you have lost and are completely wrong.
