Phone as Modem/Tether
I have a friend who has been using the Samsung A900 to tether for a year or so. She upgraded to the Pre and has now been informed that it cannot be used to tether. My question is: What about the Tour 9630 as a tether device? What other options/phones? Thanks!

No longer available. If you have a Phone As Modem plan, about $40 or so extra, youre in luck. Sprint has discontinued that plan.

Phone as a modem is not currently offered with any of the new plans.
You can still get it but you have to have the $30 data add on then PAM is $15.
