Headed To Sprint On 4-22 - Phone Question
I know these are quite different devices but on my former carrier T-Mo I used the Bold 9700 and the MyTouch 3G.
Sprints Android phones seem a bit dated and the Blackberry 9630 is reaching end of life mostly sue to the trackball. Plus the Tour has a older OS than the less expensive 8530.
So my question is how do you all match up the 8530 to the Pre? Also, anybody aware of the 9700 headed to Sprint?
Seriously?

Looking over Sprints phones nothing really captures my attention. So at this point I am between the Blackberry 8530 or the Palm Pre.

- Samsung Moment: Android OS 1.5 with no added User Experience features. That said, it's Stock so nothing much to see there unless you want the hard keypad instead of the soft one.
IMHO, both Droids listed here would outclass the Pre and any BB Model just like the Ford Pinto would be outclassed by the current Smart Car models out there on the ma

In any event I did not want to offend Android users I have owned several Android devices but the OS is fragmented and has its issues when it comes to support.
Blackberry is consistent and the OS continues to grow. I look at a BB as a email/message device while the Android phones are more multimedia. I threw the Pre in their to see what you all thought as I have not used one.
Anyway, I am moving to Sprint in a few days unable o wait. So I ordered t...
