The only thing I can think of, right off and in terms of post-paid, is if you need a phone that just has unlimited talk/text. In which case, T-Mobile has it beat.

Tough question to answer. There are a lot of factors to consider.

1. Where do you live? Coverage in that area may be great, or could suck!! If it sucks you will probably be paying roaming fees.

2. Consider what you need, not everyone needs unlimited everything. There are carriers that will give you a better price but you will probably be lacking some of the "extras". Do you need unlimited everything?

3. How important is customer service to you? Sprint has made great improvements but they are still known for below average customer service. Sometimes, you get what you pay for.

maybe, but in my opinion the Everything Data 450 is better than AT&T or T-mobile because with sprint you pay 69.99 and have 450 minutes N&W starting at 7:00 PM, any mobile any time, unlimited text with picture mail and video mail, internet, sprint tv, sprint radio, GPS, roaming, caller ID, 3-way, call waiting but with AT&T you pay 39.99 for the minutes, 20.00 for unlimited text, 30.00 for the data pack, 9.99 for GPS and other aditional fees!!!

And I agree in that sense. My only point was that if the customer doesn't need all of those additional features, there is a less expensive option outside of Sprint.

Same with M2M on all other carriers, and any sort of pick5/10 etc. package. Not really a major clause, since AMAT is just an expanded version of M2M.
