Good job.
What you need to know:
In May 2009, Sprint’s satisfaction score in the American Customer Satisfaction Index (ACSI) increased by 12.5 percent from 2008 – the largest improvement in customer satisfaction of any company included in the index, both inside and outside the wireless industry.
This year, by making the largest improvement in the wireless category (we made an 11 percent improvement from 2009), we have now jumped ahead of AT&T into third place. The move also now places us very close to industry average in terms of customer satisfaction.
Verizon was the only carrier to actually lose ground from the previous year.
2010 Scores
T-Mobile - 73
Verizon - 73
Industry Average - 72
Sprint - 70
AT&T - 69
2009 Scores
Verizon - 74
T-Mobile - 71
Industry Average - 69
AT&T - 67
Sprint - 63
Sprint is the only carrier that covers my trails up in the hills. Their phones are great. Prices are good. And the sales ladies at the store I go to are pretty good looking.
I couldn't ask for more.

The only ppl I really hear complain are those that buy the free phones and expect them to work like the $500 phones and blame Sprint for their faulty choice. OR dont get the insurance and break their $500 phone within a few months of activation and dont understand why the warantee doesnt cover toilet damage. I'm sure all carriers get their fair share of idiot customers though.
Couldn't agree more to this.. 🤣
I think Sprint is for sure improving the image and reputation they have had, yet they are still losing more customers than they can make.
