I am a very accomplished sales rep and sales manager from another one of the top four, but thinking about jumping ship. Can someone tell me what targeted sales compensation is for a sales rep and an assistant manager at Sprint, and a little about the comp plan, and what it is possible to make if you blow targets out of the water?
